4. Placing Orders
• When placing an order through the App, you agree to provide accurate delivery details and select the appropriate cooking gas cylinder size.
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if it cannot be fulfilled.
• You will receive a confirmation of your order via the App, email, or SMS.
5. Pricing and Payment
• All prices displayed in the App are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
• Payment can be made through the available methods in the App, including mobile money, credit/debit cards, or cash on delivery.
• By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount due for your order.
6. Delivery
• We will deliver your order to the address provided in the App. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You must be present at the delivery location to receive your order. If you are unavailable, delivery may be rescheduled or cancelled at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
7. Refunds and Returns
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect cylinder, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds for cash payments will be processed through mobile money or bank transfer.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the claim does not meet our refund policy conditions.
8. Use of the App
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of the App.
